Paris, January 22nd, 2026 – Milexia announces a definitive agreement to acquire Syratron Technologies Private Ltd. Syratron Technologies Private Ltd is an Indian manufacturers’ representative and distributor of electronic solutions for the Defence, Aerospace, Space, Telecom and Industrial markets.
This strategic acquisition enables Milexia to develop its growth journey outside Europe, strengthening its presence and offerings in Asia with distribution capabilities in India and Singapore to serve large international companies.
Syratron Technologies Private Ltd has been serving the electronics industry since 1984, consistently providing customers with exceptional, innovative and specialised services. Headquartered in Bangalore, Syratron’s team are spread over 4 locations in India including Mumbai, Hyderabad, and Ahmedabad as well as Bangalore.
Syratron’s international distribution services are provided by its Singapore office.
