  • Experience:
  • 5-10 years of experience in Aerospace and defence industry. Most suitable candidates should have experience in selling mil spec 38999, Micro D, Nano D connectors etc;
  • Candidates should possess excellent contacts within the aerospace & defence sectors. They must also have a proven track record of bringing in new business and opening new accounts.

Candidate should have the following qualification, skill & experience:

  • Masters Degree in Electrical Engineering from a reputed University is essential;
  • Experience 5+ years in related industry in India;
  • Familiarity with key power topologies including but not limited to Buck/Boost, Fly-back, Buck-Boost, Cuk, Sepic;
  • Familiarity with key control theory mechanisms including but not limited to peak current mode control, average current mode control, constant on time control with valley mode, boundary mode control;
  • Familiarity with Snubber design with some understanding of Magnetics and their parasitics;
  • Knowledge of important power IC concepts such as RDSON/drive requirements for different applications, compensation, current limit, ESD protection, error amplifier, PWM comparator, driver requirements and sizing, bootstrap, LDO compensation;
  • Knowledge of key DC/DC and LDO tradeoffs such as accuracy and PSRR vs. current stability, load regulation, line regulation, allowable frequency variation, different light load operation methods and efficiency expectations, failure modes, temperature effects, thermal sizing and PCB layout;
  • Knowledge of Design concepts to reduce EMI such as short gate drives, short current loops, controlled DI/DT and DV/DT.
  • Knowledge of PCB design for noise protection such as blanking, single point ground, placement of key devices such as controller, switch, load, etc.;
  • Preference will be given to those who have knowledge of Magnetics design having familiarity with motor drives and offline power including power factor correction IGBT specifying knowledge and capability;
  • Willingness to travel to customer locations to promote demand creation essential;

  • Minimum 4+ years of experience in RF & Microwave circuit design, preferably both Rx & Tx, & Lab bench test experience with RF test equipment proficiency.
  • 4+ years of experience in Field Applications, Field Sales, or Product Marketing Engineering.
  • Familiarity with RF & Microwave products – from MHz to millimeter wave GHz.
